Website privacy
This page explains data processing on ringlightmirror.com, the website for Ring Light Mirror. The controller is Marco Vinicio Lee Lemus, the developer listed on the App Store.
The website and app are different
This website does not request camera access or display a live mirror. It has no account registration or forms. Images are promotional material from the app's public store listing.
Analytics described here applies to the website, not the app.
The app (iPhone, iPad and Android)
The app has no account, ads, analytics or tracking, and it does not collect or share data. On Android it has no internet permission. The optional mirror uses the front camera only when you turn it on; the live preview stays on the device, no video is recorded and nothing is uploaded.
A photo is taken only when you press the shutter in full screen with the mirror on. On iPhone and iPad it is saved to your Photos library with add-only permission; on Android it is saved to the device gallery (Pictures/Ring Light Mirror) and the app cannot read your gallery. Photos are never uploaded or shared with us.
On Android, the review sheet and the "Rate this app" row are provided by Google Play under Google's privacy policy; the app receives no data from them. See also the listings on the App Store and Google Play.
Cookie-free visit measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits to this website's pages in aggregate, without cookies. It loads on the published website even if you decline Google Analytics cookies. Vercel may process technical request data, such as IP address and browser information, to provide this service. See Vercel Web Analytics privacy information.
Optional Google Analytics
Only if you accept, we load Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and clicks to the App Store and Google Play. We send the page address without query parameters or fragments, its title, language and the position of the clicked button. We do not forward incoming link parameters or the referring page address.
Google may receive technical connection and browser information, such as your IP address, device type and data needed to provide its service. Analytics may use cookies such as _ga to distinguish browsers. We disable advertising signals and ad personalization in our configuration.
Google's processing may involve international data transfers. See Google's privacy policy for its practices. A measured click does not establish a download or installation.
Your choice
You can decline Google Analytics without losing functionality; this does not turn off Vercel's cookie-free measurement described above. We keep your choice in browser local storage for up to 180 days, unless you clear that storage earlier. If it cannot be saved, the choice applies only to the current page.
Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your Google Analytics choice. On withdrawal, we disable that measurement, delete the Analytics cookies accessible to this website and reload the page to unload Google's code. This does not delete data already sent.
Contact and privacy requests
For support or questions about your data, email our contact address. You can request information or exercise the rights available under applicable law. This is also the contact published in the app's privacy policy.
Hosting and external links
Vercel hosts this site and may process technical request data to deliver and secure it. This processing is separate from optional Google Analytics and the visit measurement described above. See Vercel's privacy policy.
